What a guy. Water has become one of his favorite things. 8 months and splashin’ around. No sign of crawling yet. And should we start finger food? That’s what the books tell me. Any suggestions?

I’m an aunt!
Well, I did indeed marry into Aunthood a few years ago. But it’s fun to announce that you are an aunt when there is a slight chance that you could have some personality trait or characteristic or “weird thing that only Auntie Amy does” that got passed on through the family. Welcome Keira Kathryn Galligan, everyone. She has a full head of hair and she is sweet as pie. I just met her today and Holly is a fantastic mom. Keira has some really sweet parents who are going to love her to bits.More kiddos to eat!

This was the gift of choice. Not the gift itself – the outer, waxy, yummy edge of the gift. Yes, he loved it. He loved it when I was using it to wrap other gifts. He waved it around like a special banner on Christmas morning. And he is still looking at in our house as we clean up Christmas festivities.And for fellow mothers out there – what did we talk about or look at before we had our children during the holidays? Got me.
