Robby has lately been rolling around everywhere in his crib during naps and nighttime. Today, I peeked in and found him like this….a little stuck, but peacefully sleeping. So, a dilemma for all us as moms: my mom made these beautiful crib bumpers but all the books say to remove them when they start to roll so that they don’t get stuck in them and suffocate. But what about getting stuck in the bars? Hmmmmm……

Sleep Tight?
My Little Literature Baby
We’ve been teaching Robby how to read. He’s doing great – he reads in his head. We’re pretty sure he’s getting it. Most recent and only word: “Dadadadadada.” 
And – the real scoop on Keira per request of my B-mama friend who loves the details – Keira was born 7 lbs. 15 ounces and is a vigorous eater. Her pediatrician asked if anyone in our family had a high metabolism. Holly asked if having a grandfather that ate a whole cake a week counted as “high.” She laughed in dismay. And then Holly told her she was serious.
