Ode to Erica
This Summer we had the privilege of housing a college student who needed to get a fresh start on life in many ways. I met her through Cru and I just felt like, after a few conversations, we should ask her to live with us in our spare bedroom for the Summer. Erica moved in June 1st and left us (to keep attending school in her own apartment a few blocks away) mid-August. Our lives are changed, and so is hers.
Robby is the real hero, actually. He got right to her heart and loved her right away. What a little lovebug.
