Gratitude Challenge Day 5

Encouragement: It’s Monday. The best way to combat Mondays in the Seiffert house? A dance party. It’s like magic. Turns out, it doesn’t cost you anything and it is not a big thing. Acts of heart change and gratitude are such small gestures that yield giant results. Choose to be thankful, move your body, and use your voice for goodness and gratitude.

Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.
— Psalm 100

Challenge: Crank your favorite dance music, 80’s tunes, or jock jams and see how the entire atmosphere changes. Sometimes it just takes the smallest of gestures to change an entire house. Don’t underestimate moving your body and shouting at the top of your lungs! Whether it’s just you in your car or for your entire home, make sure a dance party happens today. Be thankful for music and dancing. Not a dancer? I dare you.
